Data Controller

Kudaguru is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the Hoofprint app.

What data we collect

When you create an account and use Hoofprint, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Usage data including habit completions, hydration logs, horse diary entries, streak progress, and course progress
• Device information passed automatically by your operating system

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Hoofprint service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use third-party analytics tools.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely with Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. You can read Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Your rights under GDPR

As a user in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Export your data at any time from within the app
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

Account deletion and data export

Hoofprint includes built-in tools to export your data and permanently delete your account. Both are accessible from within the app settings.

Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not implement proprietary encryption beyond what the operating system provides.
